Reiki & Crystal Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction. Reiki works to restore energetic balance to the body and helping to release stored emotions and trauma.
For in person reiki sessions, I often incorporate crystal healing to enhance the experience.
Reiki can be done in person or remotely.
1 hour Session- $100
90-minute session- $140
