Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction.
Reiki works to restore energetic balance to the body and helping to release stored emotions and trauma.
Reiki can be done in person or remotely.
1 hour Session- $100
90-minute session- $140
Group Distance Reiki Session- $50 per person. *During Group session you are added to the list of a handful of people I will be sending reiki to that day.

Crystal Healing
A crystal Healing session helps to restore balance to the energy centers of the body, the chakras. During this treatment the practitioner uses the unique healing energetic properties of crystals to assist the body in releasing stress, tension and trauma.
